Matthew Shrum, Owner, graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Biology and later completed his law degree at UT. Matthew previously worked in the Texas House of Representatives and as a prosecutor in Travis County’s special domestic violence court. Today, his practice includes criminal defense, probate, family law, personal injury, construction, and civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in Federal Court and is an active member of both the National Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, bringing exceptional insight to Legacy Title.
